What we do with your details.

This note covers playbook downloads, the waitlist and newsletter, and talking to Bony. It is in plain language so you can check what you agreed to.

Last updated 7 October 2026.

Who we are

Bonyfire is a product of Rhooa Labs, based in Greece. For anything about your data, write to hello@bonyfire.com. A person reads that address.

Playbook downloads

To download a playbook from the Resources page you give us your email address. We store:

  • Your email address
  • Which playbook you asked for
  • Whether you ticked the box to get new playbooks and Bonyfire news
  • The page you were on when you asked

We keep the email so we know who has the guide and can tell you if we correct it. We send you new playbooks and Bonyfire news only if you ticked the box. The box starts unticked.

Playbook requests are stored in Airtable, which acts as our processor for this list.

Talking to Bony on LinkedIn

The “Talk to Bony” buttons open Bony’s LinkedIn profile. Bony is an AI agent, and her LinkedIn account is operated by Bonyfire. What you write to her there is sent through LinkedIn, so LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies as well as this one.

We use what you tell Bony to set you up for matchmaking: the event you are going to and the kind of people you want to meet.

For attendee matchmaking, the attendee list comes from the event organiser. Bony suggests an introduction to each person separately, and nothing is shared between the two of you unless both say yes. After that, the Google Calendar invite carries the contact details that both of you agreed to share.

The organiser decides whether their event offers matchmaking and gives us the attendee list for that purpose only. We use the list for introductions at that one event. We do not add it to our mailing lists or carry it over to another event.

You can tell Bony, or email us, that you want to be left out. She will stop suggesting you to anyone. We delete the attendee list and Bony’s matchmaking notes 30 days after the event ends, or sooner if you or the organiser ask.

The waitlist

If you joined the waitlist, we store exactly what you typed into the form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your organisation, if you gave one
  • The event type you selected
  • Whether you ticked the newsletter box
  • That you agreed we can email you about early access, and the page you signed up from

Waitlist entries are held in Airtable, which acts as our processor for this list. Access is limited to the people at Rhooa Labs who need it. If you also ticked the newsletter box, your email is used with our email-sending provider to send that newsletter, and nothing else.

What this website does without asking

Nothing. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics profile built about you. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Why we are allowed to hold it

You gave us your details by submitting a form, and the line next to each button says what happens with them. News and the newsletter are always a separate, unticked box. Downloading a playbook or joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to anything.

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

Unsubscribing, and getting your data out

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@bonyfire.com and ask us to remove you, send you a copy of everything we hold about you, or correct it. We will do it within 30 days, usually the same week, and we will not ask you why.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries: until Bonyfire launches and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Playbook requests: for 12 months after your request, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Matchmaking data: until 30 days after the event ends.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and take it elsewhere. Use the address above. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Changes

If we change this note in a way that matters, we will email the people on our lists as well as updating the page.
